Who we are

This website

selestohq.dk is a static information page. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and collects no personal data. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes the technical data needed to deliver the page, such as your IP address, for security and for a short time in its logs.

Selesto Shops and Google account data

Selesto Shops is used only by Selesto ApS, for the shops we own. It has no external users and never asks anyone to sign in with a Google account. It connects to Google through a Google Cloud service account that belongs to Selesto ApS, and it accesses only data in Google accounts that Selesto ApS owns:

• Google Ads: our own campaigns, budgets, keywords, ads and performance reports. We create and adjust them and we upload conversions from our own order system (a click identifier, the time, the conversion value and the currency). Conversions are uploaded only for customers who accepted marketing cookies in the shop's cookie banner.
• Google Merchant Center: our own product feeds and account settings.
• Google Analytics: our own properties and their reports.
• Google Search Console: our own domains' search performance.

Selesto Shops does not access, use, store or share any data from other Google users' accounts. The data it reads from our own accounts is used to run and improve our shops' marketing, is stored in our own systems only as long as needed for reporting and bookkeeping, and is not sold or shared with third parties beyond the processors named below.

Our shops' customers

Each shop has its own privacy policy that explains what it collects at purchase and how it uses cookies, for example kalkline.dk and cleanconcept.dk. Those policies govern the shops.

Processors

We use Cloudflare (hosting), Google (advertising, analytics and search tools as described above), Stripe (payments in the shops) and Resend (transactional e-mail in the shops). Each processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask for access to, correction or deletion of personal data we hold about you, object to processing, and complain to Datatilsynet (the Danish Data Protection Agency). Write to kundeservice@selestohq.dk.
